Return Shipping

Unless the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or the return is caused by an error on our part, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Return shipping costs may vary depending on factors such as:

  • Carrier pricing

If the return is caused by an error on our part, our support team will review the case and provide an appropriate solution.

Please do not purchase return postage or send the product back until you have received return instructions from our support team.

Original Shipping Charges

Free standard shipping is available on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

Every order placed to our supported shipping destinations qualifies for free standard shipping, regardless of order value.

There is no separate standard shipping charge for your original order. Therefore, no original standard shipping fee will be deducted from an eligible refund solely because your order received free shipping.

Customers may still be responsible for return shipping costs where permitted under this policy.

Please note that free standard shipping on your original order does not automatically cover:

  • Return shipping

  • Customer-requested reshipping

  • Reshipping caused by an incorrect or incomplete address

  • Failed or refused delivery

  • Unpaid customs duties or import charges

  • Other recipient-related delivery issues

Any applicable additional charges will be explained by our support team where appropriate.

Free standard shipping does not include customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, handling fees, or other government or carrier-related charges.

Exchanges and Replacements

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we may offer a replacement where appropriate.

Replacement availability depends on current inventory and whether delivery is available to your destination.

If a replacement is unavailable, we may offer another appropriate solution, such as a refund or partial refund.

Replacement shipments are subject to the same destination availability and delivery restrictions as regular orders.

If the replacement is required because of an error on our part, we will review the case and provide an appropriate shipping solution.

Although all original orders qualify for free standard shipping, additional shipping charges may apply to certain customer-requested replacements or reshipments for reasons not caused by an error on our part.

If additional charges apply, our support team will explain the applicable cost before the replacement is sent.

Returned Packages Due to Address or Delivery Issues

If a package is returned because of:

  • An incorrect or incomplete shipping address

  • Failure to collect the package

  • Refusal of delivery

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Unpaid customs duties or import charges

  • Other delivery issues caused by the recipient

Additional shipping or reshipping charges may apply.

Any reshipping fee will depend on the destination, package weight, available carrier service, and current shipping rates.

All original orders qualify for free standard shipping, with no minimum purchase required. However, free standard shipping does not automatically apply to reshipping caused by an incorrect address, failed delivery, refusal of delivery, unpaid import charges, or other recipient-related issues.

We will inform you of any applicable reshipping charge before arranging another shipment.

If you do not wish to have the order reshipped, any eligible refund may be reduced by applicable return shipping, carrier, customs, or handling costs where permitted by law and this policy.

No separate original standard shipping fee will be deducted solely because your initial order qualified for free standard shipping.
